Refund & Replacement
If your plant arrives dead or damaged, we will offer a replacement.
If a replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated.
To be eligible, please share clear unboxing photos/videos with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please Note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided for issues caused by wrong address or delayed delivery by courier beyond our control.
We do not accept returns of live plants due to their perishable nature.
